Ashwagandha has remarkable anti-stress and adrenal supporting properties. It is a powerful adaptogen and antioxidant with sleep and brain supporting properties.
Bacopa is understood to be the most potent and effective nerve and brain tonic in Ayurvedic medicine. It has been traditionally used to support calmness, clarity, memory, focus, cognitive function and health.
